This place was very welcoming and professional. The diagnostic imaging technician was very professional made me feel at ease. Very pleased with my service today! I highly recommend considering using InView imaging.
The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. The technician explained in detail of the process and procedure. I had two different exams and I wasn’t kept waiting long.
I have had all my mammograms here and the staff are awesome. I appreciate them being able to move my appointment times up. Good customer service is hard to come by.

The absolute worst in customer service.Clueless and couldn't care less. I was scheduled for a CT scan. I drove 1.5 hours to get there and the tech who was to do the scan apparently called in sick that day. No one ever contacted me beforehand. The person at the reception area never apologized.Just said" ya someone should have contacted you" and shrugged her shoulders. This place deserves a zero rating. I assume it is due to poor management.
Very nice and courteous front-desk staff. Technician was professional and gentle. Lots of parking in the garage across from the building.
They were kind. Professional. Was there for an ultrasound and it probably took 15 minutes. Was a very simple process. Private. Dim room. Cool. 10/10
Very comfortable with the care and reception staff.A beautiful and cozy place, while you wait to be served..I recommend it 👍 and if I have to do the study again I would return to the place..
This was my first time here.The GREAT things:-i was able to get an appointment swiftly-i was seen as soon as I arrived, so no extra long wait time-the Tech was focused and trying to be as detailed as possible.Not so Great:-the office appears to have only one restroom. With patients who are hydrating,this is a problem.-my Tech was still learning (being shadowed), and had to have her work approved.This in itself was not a problem, but I would have preferred to know this before going into the exam room. The process would have felt less intrusive if the supervising Tech would have remained in the room the entire time. Rather than coming in after all the imagery was taken, and having to do most of it all over again. This was very uncomfortable.Had I been informed, or even asked if I consented to a Student, it would have been less uncomfortable.But overall she still did a good job.
Every aspect of this appointment was easy.Day of appointment, finding the facility was easy, parking was easy, the reception staff was friendly. My appointment was on time.The open MRI was incredible.After the appointment my take home cd was ready in seconds.A very good experience.
I was completely happy with my entire experience at In-View: from the lovely and helpful young woman at front desk, to the sweet and extremely professional technician who did my ultrasound, and finally, to the wonderful woman (office manager?) with whom I stopped to share how impressed I was with that technician. I asked that she pass that along to her.I have to spend a great deal of my life in medical offices and have had all manner of experiences, but I just have to say that I would give In-View a score of 95%, with the only negative derived from a lack of seating.I've been there two times, and this was the only issue or negative each time. It's clear that they only have a certain number of exam rooms, which one would think dictates the number of waiting room seats needed. Unfortunately, patients come with family, friends, etc., which can fill the four seats I saw on my appointment day really fast. I do think you have room for more seating, especially if you replaced the oversized sofa and chair.I'm sure I'll be sent to In-View again in the future, and I know I won't be worried about the outcome of my test, because I'll be so calm while I'm there.Thanks so much!Ar Foster

Office was conveniently located near BART, and my appointment was smooth and on-time. The technician who performed the scan was efficient and professional, and I left with a CD containing the images.
Jessica was super kind and opened the place for me. She got me in order quickly. Brett was very professional with his ultrasound and did a great job and got me a CD to take to my doctor. Great place. No wait. Fair prices. Would go back anytime.

Went to Bay Radiology for a scheduled MRI they were very professional and had me in with very little wait!
The scheduling was quick and efficient, and the imaging people were very nice and super competent. The price was half what the hospital wanted to charge, very happy with them! A+

Swift and efficient support on short notice for an unusual condition. Sonographer was well prepared thorough and prepared an assessment which my physician found extremely helpful, and recieved quickly.
Quick, friendly. Went for Mri. I am 300lbs and fit fine in the big machine. Bore was well lit, good air circulation and music to keep relaxed. I was in and out in about 45 min. Certainly better than KP

I really appreciate the staff and techs at this practice! It’s so much easier to schedule and communicate than when dealing with large practices!
They were quick and efficient and worked with my primary care physician to make sure everything was communicated and all the boxes were checked
The staff here are super nice. My tech person was Mr. Matthew. He was amazing. He knew exactly what to do so I would not be in a lot of pain... His bedside matter was excellent 👏🏾 👌🏽

I have been getting annual mammograms here for over 20 years. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff, state of the art tomography unit. Thorough review/report by Dr. Piatt. And they’re always on time with a minimal wait.
Best experience I’ve had getting diagnostics. Getting an MRI can be very nerve wracking but the staffs compassion and patience put me at ease right away. I’m very grateful for the level of care provided.
This is my third visit to inview and I have been more than happy with each visit. All the staff from receptionists to the medical staff are welcoming, friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable.
I had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound done today, and I was really scared. I've had bad experiences with medical stuff and am prone to vasovagal reactions because of the fear. Scarlett and Michelle were INCREDIBLE and treated me with such kindness and patience that I didn't have any issues. I can't thank them enough, so hopefully management sees this and gives them some sort of kudos! ❤️
Thankful for this Inview location. Not only did they answer the phone immediately after i missed their call, the girls in office were incredibly nice and understanding. Im a first timer and they walked me through everything and had so much patience with me although i was nervous and clueless lolId definitely recommend this location. And my follow will definitely be here. I was early due to my nerves, and they had no issue getting started once i arrived. I was in and out (paperwork & 2 tests) in maybe an hour -hour and a half. Everything was clean and the linen they gave me was fresh. Book them. I was seen in 2 days. Alot of the other places i called either didn’t answer or answered after 35-40 mins. Only to not provide the service i needed or was booked for the month.
The staff are friendly and helpful. They answer and explain any questions and concerns that you may have. I'm grateful for their call reminder the day before your appointment. Thank you inview Imaging staff.

I had a great experience at the Inview Imaging Medical center in Fremont. Their scheduling is very well-organized, and they always remind me of my appointments a day in advance.The doctor who performed my mammogram was incredibly kind, welcoming, and reassuring. She made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism I experienced there.

Staff is all really nice and the facility is really clean. I swear the whole process only took like 30mins. I was practically in and out super quick and I like that cause I thought it was going to take way longer since I’ve never had an x-ray done before overall pretty good service!

Worst MRI place ever, longest wait time with zero updates, very unprofessional. No reason to come early what so ever- Only comeHere if you are beyond desperate and norcalImaging is too booked to accept you. This is horrendous- zero people waiting and yet I have been waiting well over an hour no communication - no updates. I’ve heard the receptionist and her friends entire life story that they get paid to talk about whileI’m huffing and puffing waiting. LameAnnoying and unprofessional
