We will submit your claim, and any secondary claims, to any insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify, including workers’ compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for payment of the account, including any balance not covered by insurance. Contact your insurance company if they have not paid for your procedure within 30 days. After 30 days we will charge 1.5% interest on all outstanding balances.
We offer cash discounts at significant savings for fees paid in full at the time of service. Payment plans are available for self-paying patients who are unable to pay fees in full at the time of service. Please CONTACT US before your appointment to learn more about procedure costs or to set up a payment plan.
Before making your appointment, contact your insurance company or plan administrator to find out if your insurance requires preauthorization for your exam or referral from a physician.
Workers’ Compensation, automobile, or personal injury patients need the name and address of their attorney and or claim information to assist in the billing process. It is very helpful to obtain this information prior to coming to your appointment and bring it with you.

ID and insurance cards. Referral for radiology if applicable.
The technologist transfers the images from your exam to one of our radiologist who specializes in analyzing images of the specific area of the body you had examined. The radiologist will then prepare a diagnostic report to share with the doctor that sent you to us. Your doctor will consider this information in context of your overall care, and talk with you about the results of your exam.
Give your doctor’s office a call if you have questions on next steps or follow up appointments.
