Welcome to Inview Imaging. It is very important to us that you feel our commitment to patient care and comfort from the moment you arrive at our center through the completion of your exam. For your convenience, patient forms are available here for you to download, complete and print. Filling out your paperwork before you arrive and bringing it with you, speeds up our registration process. CONTACT US to find out which forms are required for your appointment.

Inview Imaging is an approved provider for most insurance carriers and health plans. We work with self-pay patients to create a financial plan that fits your budget CONTACT Us with an questions or concerns about billing.

We will submit your claim, and any secondary claims, to any insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify, including workers’ compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for payment of the account, including any balance not covered by insurance. Once insurance has paid, you will receive a statement for your patient balance when applicable. If you believe your statement is incorrect, CONTACT US immediately. Contact your insurance company if they have not paid for your procedure within 30 days. After 30 days we will charge 1.5% interest on all outstanding balances.

We offer cash discounts at significant savings for fees paid in full at the time of service. Payment plans are available for self-paying patients who are unable to pay fees in full at the time of service. Before making your appointment, contact your insurance company or plan administrator to find out if your insurance requires preauthorization for your exam or referral from a physician.

Workers’ Compensation, automobile, or personal injury patients need the name and address of their attorney and or claim information to assist in the billing process. It is very helpful to obtain this information prior to coming to your appointment and bring it with you.

What To Expect

When You Arrive

One of our friendly front office associates will check you in and answer any initial questions you have. After you are registered, have a seat in our lobby. Here you will find current magazines to make your brief wait more comfortable. A technologist or nurse will come to the lobby and escort you throughout your visit.

Changing

Before We Begin

Next you will be escorted to the imaging suite. Our MRI and CT imaging suites are large rooms with lots of natural lighting and or customized light panels where possible. Before your procedure is performed the technologist will explain the details of your exam and give you an opportunity to ask questions.

During Your Exam

The technologist performs your scan from an adjoining room, monitoring the entire process through a large window. They are in constant contact with you via a microphone, letting you know exactly what to expect. If you have any feelings of concern, simply tell the technologist who will work to make you more comfortable.

Diagnostic Injection and Pain Management Procedures

During a diagnostic injection or pain management procedure, the technologist or nurse will stay with you in the room throughout the entire exam. A physician with additional expertise in pain management will perform the procedure.

After Your Procedure

After most procedures, you are free to leave. The technologist or nurse will help you off the table and walk you back to the changing room. They will let you know if your procedure requires you to be monitored afterwards.

The technologist transfers the images from your exam to one of our radiologist who specializes in analyzing images of the specific area of the body you had examined. The radiologist will then prepare a diagnostic report to share with the doctor that sent you to us. Your doctor will consider this information in context of your overall care, and talk with you about the results of your exam.
